Shared License Agreement for Content Created at TheCCC.ca Events
By participating in any event hosted, sponsored, or produced by The Content Creation Café (TheCCC.ca), all participants—including but not limited to models, photographers, videographers, and creators—agree to the following:
1. Shared Rights to Content
All photos, videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and raw media created at any TheCCC.ca event are considered shared intellectual property under a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license.
2. Permitted Uses
Content may be used by:

TheCCC.ca for marketing, promotion, merchandise, and social media.

The original creator (photographer, videographer, model, etc.) for portfolios, self-promotion, and commercial use, provided it does not misrepresent TheCCC or breach confidentiality agreements.
3. Credit & Attribution

Whenever possible, all content shared publicly must credit TheCCC.ca and the individual collaborators involved (e.g., model, photographer).

TheCCC reserves the right to edit, brand, or repackage content for internal or commercial use.
4. Prohibited Uses

No party may sell or license the content to third-party companies without the written consent of all contributors involved and TheCCC.

Misuse of the brand, false endorsements, or any content used in a way that violates TheCCC’s values will result in legal action or termination of community privileges.
5. Consent & Model Releases

Participation in any TheCCC event implies consent to be photographed or filmed.

Additional model release forms may be required for commercial licensing, merch, or photobook inclusion.
6. Community Respect Clause
This shared agreement ensures that content remains a collaborative asset, promoting a culture of respect, creativity, and fair opportunity within TheCCC community.
