Due to the scale and structure of Hotel X’s advance dining and bar minimum requirements, we were unable to meet the required dinner pre-sales within the short timeline. Hotel X held the date for us as long as they could, and we appreciate their professionalism and support throughout the process.
To ensure the event moves forward smoothly—without compromising guest experience—we have confirmed a new luxury venue that better aligns with our current sales mix and allows guests to purchase food and drinks on-site during the event.
