This Agreement outlines the terms by which the Creator agrees to collaborate with TheCCC to promote and sell merchandise, bundles, products, and services through the website www.TheCCC.ca.
2. Vendor Account Requirement

The Creator must register for a Vendor Account on TheCCC.ca.

The Creator is responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact and payment information within their account.
3. Product Promotion
-
The Creator is permitted to promote bundles, digital or physical merchandise, or event-related products.

Each product may include assets such as apparel, photobooks, event access, or multimedia content.

TheCCC will create and maintain product pages for each Creator, with options to personalize promotions.
4. Revenue Sharing

The Creator will earn 20% of net revenue on each sale attributed to their personalized sales page.

Net revenue is defined as the gross amount received after discounts and refunds, excluding taxes and shipping.

Payouts are made on the 1st and 15th of every month.
5. Payout Conditions

Payments are sent via e-transfer or direct deposit (as set by TheCCC).

A minimum of $50 in earnings is required to trigger a payout. Balances below this amount will roll over to the next cycle.
6. Use of Content

TheCCC retains the right to use promotional materials, images, or videos created in collaboration with the Creator for promotional purposes.

Creators must not misrepresent TheCCC or make unapproved claims about the products.
7. Code of Conduct

All Creators are part of TheCCC’s broader community. As such, respectful and professional behavior is expected at all times.

Personal attacks, harassment, or misrepresentation of fellow Creators, partners, or clients will result in immediate termination of this Agreement and revocation of vendor access.
8. Community Safety

This Agreement exists not just for legal and financial transparency, but to protect the safety, reputation, and values of TheCCC’s growing creative community.

All disputes will be reviewed by TheCCC leadership for resolution.
9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days written notice.

Upon termination, the Creator’s vendor profile will be deactivated, and no further sales will be processed.
10. Agreement
By signing below, the Creator agrees to the above terms.
